De Forgejo-migratie staat al op main (PR #1). Deze PR voegt alleen de ontbrekende wiki-sync fix toe.

• Wiki sync vereist nu WIKI_PUSH_TOKEN (PAT met write:repository) i.p.v. het ephemeral FORGEJO_TOKEN job-token
• Authenticatie naar <repo>.wiki.git via REGISTRY_USER + PAT
• Bij ontbrekend secret faalt de step expliciet (exit 1)

• WIKI_PUSH_TOKEN staat geconfigureerd op Forgejo
